2009 2009TB Kawashima Co., Ltd. was established.

TB Kawashima was established by its three parent organizations: Toyota Boshoku, Kawashima Selkon Textiles, and Toyota Tsusho (Tatsumura Textile AI)

2010 TB Kawashima started operations.
2011 2011Absorbed Kawashima Echigawa Factory Ltd.

Acquired 100% ownership of Indian joint venture, Rayves, and changed the corporate name to TB Kawashima Automotive Textile (India) Private Limited.

2012 2012Established Seiwa Seat Covers (Bengbu) Co., Ltd. in China.
2013 Became a subsidiary of Toyota Boshoku Corporation.
2014 2014Established TB Kawatex de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. in Mexico.

Built a new plant in Mysore, Karnataka, India.

The company’s original material, banex, was first featured for automotive parts. (Roadster by Mazda)

2014

2018 2018年Established Kawashima Automotive Parts Jiangsu Co., Ltd. in China.
2020 Transferred part of the shares of TB Kawashima Automotive Textile (India) Pvt. Ltd. to AUNDE Achter & Ebels GmbH (Germany) to form a joint venture, and changed the corporate name to TB Kawashima AUNDE (India) Private Limited.
2024 Accepted a capital investment from AUNDE Achter & Ebels GmbH (Germany) and became a subsidiary of AUNDE. Changed the corporate name from TB Kawashima Co., Ltd. to AUNDE Boshoku Co., Ltd.
